COMPLIANCE VERIFICATIONS
Confirm a person holds what their resume says they hold — degrees and certificates, professional registrations, tickets and licences — and know when a registration stops being current.
Some credentials are awarded once and stay awarded. A qualification from a university or an RTO is a historical fact, and verifying it answers the question permanently.
Others are a live status. Registration with Ahpra, a teacher registration, a high risk work licence — these are current until they are not. They expire, they carry conditions, they can be suspended. Verifying one of these tells you about today rather than forever.
The distinction matters when you plan your compliance program. A qualification verification is a one-off. A registration verification needs a cadence to re-run it behind it.
Knowing a Nurse or Doctor is registered is the least useful thing you can know about their registration. What matters operationally is the rest of it — when it expires, whether any conditions apply, what endorsements they hold, and whether anything has been recorded against them.
An Ahpra verification through Kinatico Compliance returns registration status and sub-status, expiry date, qualifications and specialties, and any conditions, undertakings or reprimands, in a single structured result stored against the worker.
Set up a cadence to re-run this verification that suits your needs and we will remind you when its due.
Verified at the source
Qualifications are confirmed with the institution that issued them. Registrations are confirmed against the regulator’s own register. Neither relies on a document the worker supplies.
One record, one place
Every result is stored against the worker with the date it was run, ready to export. No chasing PDFs out of inboxes when an auditor asks.
Your people hold their own documents
Workers upload and control their own identity documents. Only the result comes to you, held securely onshore in Australia, and you keep it even if you leave us.
The worker uploads a copy of their certificate and provides the institution details, then signs an authority to release so Kinatico can contact the institution directly. The result confirms whether the qualification is valid.
Registration status and sub-status, expiry date, qualifications and specialties, and any conditions, undertakings or reprimands.
No it is currently not. We recommend setting up a reminder at a cadence that suits you and we will alert you to when its due.
Australian and New Zealand domestic qualifications are supported in Kinatico Compliance. For qualifications issued elsewhere, please go to Kinatico CVCheck talk to our team about what is possible.
Not in every state. Some jurisdictions tie the two together directly, others keep them entirely separate. Treat them as two requirements.
