Kinatico Compliance connects to your HR, applicant tracking and workforce systems, so compliance information moves between them automatically.

When a worker record changes in your HR system, whether it's a new starter, a role change, a site transfer or an exit, Kinatico updates that person's details and requirements to match without anyone needing to re-enter it.

The Compliance Status REST API lets any connected system ask Kinatico whether a worker is compliant.

The answer covers three things: whether the worker is Compliant or Non-compliant, which valid credentials they currently hold, and when that status was last updated. Documents, evidence and other personal details stay securely in Kinatico.

That’s enough for a rostering system to decline a shift, an onboarding workflow to wait, an access control system to decide at the badge reader or a payroll run to flag a hold. The API is read-only, so connected systems can ask but never change anything.

Frequently asked questions 

  • Kinatico Compliance connects with HR systems including Employment Hero, BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors, so worker changes come in automatically. If you don't use an HR system, you can upload your staff spreadsheet via CSV instead. Talk to us about the system you use. 

  • Both the Core and Premium plans.

  • Yes. You can upload your existing staff spreadsheet, and each worker can be matched to their role, location and department. Alternatively, you can manually enter workers into Kinatico Compliance in the admin portal. 

  • No. An API with a HRIS will pull changes or updates to worker details. AN API with another system will return whether the worker is compliant, which valid credentials they hold and when their status was last updated. Documents and other evidence stay securely in Kinatico Compliance.

  • Worker details in your HRIS will be reflected in Kinatico Compliance. No other systems can change data in Kinatico Compliance. The APIs to those other systems only allow compliance status to be read. 

  • No. If your HR system is one we support, you can connect it yourself from the Integration settings in Kinatico Compliance. If it isn't, talk to our team about your options, which can include importing your workers from a spreadsheet.
