Kinatico Compliance lets you verify a candidate’s identity, working rights, qualifications and background while you’re still deciding whether to hire them. By the time you make an offer, you already know what they hold, and you've had time to follow up on anything.

What happens at this stage

You add a candidate with their name, email, role, department and location. If you’ve already set up requirements for that role and location, the right requirements are assigned automatically. If not, you can assign them yourself.

The candidate gets an invitation from your organisation, completes their requirements in the Kinatico Compliance app, and you can view their progress as they go.

Candidates sit in their own view and don’t appear in Insights and they don’t count towards your compliance status, so your figures accurately reflect the people who already work at your organisation.

When you move a candidate into a worker, everything they’ve completed carries across, and their role, department and location are already set, and anything still outstanding stays assigned.

If you don’t hire the candidate, their record is closed and removed from your active views, while the history is kept and remains auditable.
