The Kinatico Compliance mobile app lets your people upload documents, complete verifications and acknowledge policies in a couple of minutes, so requirements get done faster and your team spends less time following up. Candidates and workers use the same app, so there's nothing new to learn once someone is hired. 

Everything they need to do, in one list

When a worker opens the app, they see everything outstanding in one place, whatever kind of requirement it is. A policy to read, a document to upload, a declaration to make and a credential to renew all sit together, with a clear due date for each.

Documents and ID in a couple of taps 

Your candidates or workers upload their own documents with their phone camera, so there’s no scanning and no emailing attachments. IRIS, our Intelligent Reader & Input System, reads each document and fills in the details automatically, which means less typing and fewer mistakes. 

For ID Verification, the app guides the worker through photographing their ID and taking a live selfie, which we match to the photo on the document. Workers control their own documents, and only the results come back to you.

  • No. The app is free to download and use, and your organisation pays for any verifications it sends to workers.
