COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

Compliance Audit & Reporting Platform

When an auditor or regulator asks for evidence, Kinatico Compliance lets you pull up a complete, tamper-evident record of every action and export it straight away, without digging through emails and spreadsheets.

Spot compliance gaps before auditors do

Auditors usually want to know whether you were compliant at a particular point in the past, and whether you knew it at the time. Kinatico Compliance records every action as it happens, so that evidence already exists when someone asks for it.

Every action recorded, with who and when

Every action in Kinatico Compliance is recorded with the date, time and the person who did it. That includes verifications ordered, results returned, requirements assigned and completed, exceptions reviewed and resolved, permissions changed and integrations queried.

Log entries can’t be edited or removed afterwards, so the record stays exactly as it happened.

A snapshot of any date

You can produce a compliance snapshot for any worker, team or your whole organisation; as it stood on a date you choose. It covers credential status, verification dates, monitoring history, completions and policy acknowledgements, and the outcome of any review.

Reports can be filtered by area, then exported as a PDF or csv, whenever you need them for a regulator or your own governance.
