Kinatico

ONE PLATFORM, EVERY STAGE

Lifecycle compliance

Kinatico keeps watch after onboarding, verifying credentials every month or at a cadence set by you, letting you know when something changes, so you always know who’s compliant across all your sites.

Compliance for as long as people work for you

Kinatico Compliance keeps each worker's requirements up to date while they work for you, including when credentials lapse, roles change, policies are updated or visa conditions change. Insights show you who hasn’t completed requirements, so your team can act before a gap becomes a problem.

Credentials verified every month

On Core and Premium plans, working rights are verified every month, including any conditions attached to a visa. Premium also includes many monitored requirements that are verified monthly including Working with Children / Vulnerable People, Age Care banning, Teacher Registrations, NDIS orders, and anti-money laundering, ASIC registers and many more. If there are any changes in your workers statuses, your team is alerted.

For verifications that aren't monitored, such as National Police Checks, Licences and qualifications, you decide how often each one is re-run, and we'll let you know when it's due.

When people move, their compliance moves with them

When a worker changes role, location or department, Kinatico updates their requirements automatically. They're notified about any new requirements, anything that no longer applies is closed, and anything they've already completed that still counts carries across. We call this Follow Me Compliance. It means workers only get the requirements their new role needs, and nobody needs to redo an induction they've already completed.

Policies and declarations, managed the same way

Policy acknowledgements, training completions and annual declarations work the same way as credentials, with the same reminders and the same record. A worker who hasn’t acknowledged the current policy shows up in the same place as someone with an expired clearance, so your team can see at a glance, who has outstanding requirements.
