Anything a worker needs to hold, complete or acknowledge is a requirement in Kinatico Compliance, whether a policy acknowledgement or an annual declaration, a Working with Children / Vulnerable People verification, or a training completion. Every requirement is assigned, reminded and recorded the same way, so an unacknowledged policy appears alongside a change in working rights status.

Workers and Candidates see one list of everything outstanding, no matter what kind of requirement it is. A document upload, a training completion, a policy acknowledgement and a credential renewal sit side by side, with a clear due date. 

Once their identity has been verified and you know who they are, we save this information in the app and pre-fill all future requirements. Saving them time and effort. 

They upload information or documents using their phone camera, signatures are captured in the app and reminders arrive as push notifications. They can check what’s current, what’s coming up and what’s outstanding at any time. 

Only results are returned to you. No need to store and PII.

  • No. Verified is pay as you go for verifications; Core includes Australian Working rights, all the platform features and integrations; and Premium adds on monthly monitoring on a range of verifications for those working in financial services or with children and vulnerable people.

  • Yes. Employees, contractors, subcontractors, supplier workers and volunteers can all sit in the same platform. 

  • Both. Training completions, policy acknowledgements and declarations are assigned, renewed and recorded the same way as credentials. 

  • We currently offer monthly monitoring on the following verifications for changes in status or expiry: Australian Working Rights, Australian Working with Children or Vulnerable People, Aged Care Banning Orders, NDIS Compliance & Enforcement, Victorian Disability Prohibitions, Teacher Registration / Accreditation in all Australian states and territories, Anti-Money Laundering, ASIC Financial Regulatory & Professional Register Screens. The Core Plan includes the Australian Working rights verification, and Premium plan includes all of the above. 

  • No, the cost of the original verifications and subsequent monthly monitoring is included in your monthly Active Worker fee.  

  • The Kinatico app on iOS and Android. Administrators and managers work in the admin desktop portal. 

  • You update the rule once and it reaches everyone it applies to.
