COMPLIANCE VERIFICATIONS
Financial integrity verifications for roles with access to money, client funds or decision-making authority — including sanctions screening that keeps running after the hire.
Most organisations do not run financial verifications across their whole workforce, and they should not. These belong to specific roles — the people who handle client money, hold a delegation, sit on a board, advise on investments, or have administrative access to systems that move funds.
Where they apply, though, they apply continuously. Sanctions lists are updated by regulators constantly, and a person with a clean result today can be listed tomorrow. That is why anti-money laundering screening is one of the verifications Kinatico monitors rather than simply runs.
Anti-money laundering screening checks a person against international sanctions lists, financial crime watchlists, politically exposed persons databases and adverse media. Where there is a match, the result names the category so your team can assess it.
Those lists are maintained by regulators and updated continuously. Screening someone at onboarding tells you about the lists as they stood that morning.
On the Premium plan, Kinatico Compliance re-runs AML screening every month in the background, using the same inputs, and compares the result against the previous one. If a match appears, it is flagged for your team. If nothing has changed, the result is logged and the cycle resets. The worker does nothing.
Direct to the source
Bankruptcy records are verified with the Australian Financial Security Authority, and AML screening runs against international databases through our screening partner. Results come back as a structured record, not a screenshot.
One record, one place
Every result is stored against the worker with the date it was run, ready to export. No chasing PDFs out of inboxes when an auditor asks.
Your people hold their own documents
Workers upload and control their own identity documents. Only the result comes to you, held securely onshore in Australia, and you keep it even if you leave us.
The worker's name is checked against international sanctions lists, financial crime watchlists, politically exposed persons databases and adverse media. Where a match is found, the result shows the category it falls into.
Yes, on the Premium Plan. It is re-run monthly in the background and compared against the previous result, with changes flagged for your team in the admin portal.
That is a decision for your organisation and your regulator. In practice these verifications are applied to roles rather than to everyone. Typically, that includes roles handling client funds, holding delegations, advising on investments, or sitting in governance positions.
Country of birth, and current and previous residential addresses where they have been at their current address less than five years. Most other fields are pre-filled from their records in Kinatico Compliance.
Yes. These verifications are commonly used for governance appointments as well as employment.
