Workers upload their own documents in the Kinatico app with their phone camera, whether that's ID documents, certificates, cards or evidence for a requirement you've set up. You receive the verified result, so you can show an auditor what was checked verified and when, without having to store copies of anyone's personal documents.
Policy acknowledgements, attestations and declarations are signed digitally in the app, and each one is timestamped and saved to the worker's record. Holding less personal information also means less exposure for your organisation if something goes wrong.

Where the data lives, and what happens to it

All worker data is stored and processed on Australian infrastructure, and it stays there, including for document scanning, backup, recovery and export. 

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with extra encryption on sensitive personal information. Every worker gives their consent digitally when they begin, and it’s timestamped and kept with their record. 

Our document scanning uses a closed-loop system with models trained on Kinatico-owned data. Customer data is never used to train models, and no third-party large language models are used anywhere in the platform. You also keep your results if you stop using Kinatico.
