WHY KINATICO
A policy only protects you once your people have read and acknowledged it. Kinatico Compliance assigns each policy to the right workers and records every sign-off.
When you update a policy in Kinatico Compliance, the new version is sent to every worker it applies to, and each worker has to acknowledge it. Until they do, their status shows they are not compliant, just like an expired credential would.
Each acknowledgement is recorded with the version and the date, and earlier versions stay on record, so you can always show exactly what each worker has acknowledged.
Policy acknowledgements work the same way as credentials in Kinatico Compliance. You assign them by role, site or department, set how often they need renewing, and see anyone who's overdue in the same place as an expired clearance.
Legislated requirements sit alongside your policy and procedures in Kinatico Compliance. One Admin portal for you. One Mobile App for your workers.
When you publish an updated policy, you choose the date it takes effect. Earlier acknowledgements are kept in the audit trail, so you can produce a record at any time showing which version each worker acknowledged and when.
Need a Code of Conduct, WHS or Privacy Policy? Start with one of our ready-made templates, add your logo and it's ready for your team to accept.
If you already have your own policies, you can build requirements around them with our drag and drop builder, without needing a developer or support from us.
Yes. Acknowledgements are timestamped and stored against the worker, and previous versions stay in the audit trail when a policy is superseded.
Yes. Acknowledgements are assigned by role, site, department or any other label you use, so a policy is only sent out to the workers that you select.
That's up to you. You can set a policy to be re-acknowledged on a regular cycle, such as every year, and it's also sent out again automatically whenever you publish a new version.
Yes, if you have assigned the worker a policy to acknowledge and the renewal window has passed it is treated the same way as any other outstanding requirement.
Kinatico does provide some Universal Templates to give you a starting point for common ones such as a Code of Conduct, WHS or Privacy Policy. Alternatively, you can use your own policies.
