WHY KINATICO
Kinatico keeps watch on your workers' credentials after they start. Re-running verifications at a cadence set by you, or in our monitored plans automatically, verifying multiple requirements every month letting you know if anything is suspended, revoked or changed.
A verification at onboarding confirms someone was compliant on the day they started. Kinatico Compliance keeps monitoring the many credentials that can change, like visa conditions, working with children clearances, NDIS or aged care banning orders and sanctions listings, so you hear about a change soon after it happens. Workers often don't know about these changes themselves, and it's the organisation that carries the risk.
On our monitored plans, Core & Premium, once a worker completes a monitored requirement, Kinatico records the result and the date. A month later, it runs the same verification again in the background using the details already on file, so the worker doesn't need to do anything.
The new result is compared with the previous one, and if nothing has changed, it's logged and the cycle starts again. If something has changed, your team is alerted, and if the credential has expired, the worker is marked as expired and non-compliant.
On Core and Premium, Australian working rights are verified every month, including the conditions attached to a visa, which can change even while the visa itself stays valid.
Premium also monitors Working with Children clearances and anti-money laundering screening every month. A clearance can be revoked by a state authority at any time, and sanctions lists are updated constantly, so both are worth watching.
Register verifications are monitored monthly too, including aged care banning orders, NDIS compliance and enforcement actions, Victorian disability worker prohibition orders, teacher registration and ASIC registers.
For everything else, you choose how often each verification is re-run based on your own policy, and we'll let you know when one is due.
If you run people and culture
Monitoring keeps your workforce verified for as long as people work for you, well after their first day.
If you run risk or compliance
Spot compliance gaps before auditors do. Monitoring gives you a dated record showing you kept checking, which is the evidence an audit or incident review will ask for.
If you run operations
Know who's compliant across all your sites. Monitoring flags the exceptions, so your team only needs to act when something has changed.
Not for credentials that can change. A visa condition, a working with children clearance or a sanctions listing can change at any time after someone starts.
Often, they don't know. A visa condition can change, or a clearance can be suspended, before the worker has been told, so it's safer not to rely on them reporting it.
Expiry alerts only cover dates. Monitoring also picks up changes to a credential that's still valid, like new limits on the hours a visa holder can work.
Every month, on the same date each month.
Nothing. Monitoring runs on the details they've already provided.
