Kinatico Compliance lets you confirm a candidate's identity, credentials, and clearances while you're still deciding whether to hire them. By the time they start, their verifications are done, and your team isn't spending their first few weeks catching up on paperwork. Verify candidates without affecting your compliance figures

Candidates have their own space in Kinatico Compliance where they complete the requirements you assign, but they don't appear in Insights or count towards your compliance status. 

When you decide to hire them, you can easily turn a candidate into a worker, everything they've completed carries across, and their role, department and location are already set. If you decide to not hire them, their record is closed.

Onboarding without the paperwork

Policy acknowledgements, inductions, declarations and verifications all sit in one list in the worker's app, with due dates and the time remaining. When workers sign those acknowledgements or complete verifications in the app, it’s timestamped and saved to their record. 

Because requirements are assigned by role, site and department, each new starter gets the right documents assigned, without anyone having to build a checklist for them.
