With Kinatico, you get:

  • Searched by our team, with the names searched and the date recorded.
  • Covers full, conditional and interim orders.
  • Applies whoever funds the service.
  • Monitored monthly on our monitored plans.

Organisations require a Kinatico Compliance account. This covers the Victorian register. The national NDIS register is a separate verification.

How it works

What you’ll need

What you get back

  • Clear, not listed on the register.

  • A match found, a full or conditional prohibition order recorded, with its full detail.

NOTE

Where a match is found, the type of order (full prohibition, conditional prohibition or variation), the effective from and effective to dates, and any conditions are recorded in full.

What a prohibition order is

The obligation sits under the Disability Service Safeguards Act 2018 (Vic). Orders may be full prohibitions, conditional prohibitions or interim orders, and they’re published on the Commission’s website and in the Victoria Government Gazette.

It covers every disability worker in Victoria, whoever funds the service, including services funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme, by the Transport Accident Commission or by WorkSafe, and privately funded work.

The national search doesn’t replace it. For Victorian providers, this register is distinct from and complementary to the NDIS Compliance and Enforcement Screen, so apply both. On our monitored plans, we monitor the register every month and alert you to any new orders. On the Verified plan, it’s a point-in-time verification you can re-run whenever you choose.
