At Kinatico we care about the impact our business has on our customers, our people, the environment, and our community. This year we are championing Dress for Success’s Empower Hour to #EmbraceEquity and empower more than 700 women across Australia into employment.
To launch Empower Hour to Kinatican’s across Australia and New Zealand, we were joined by Kelli Evans, CEO or Dress for Success Perth – to share insight on the 2023 international women’s day theme – Embracing Equity. During Kelli’s time as General Manager and now CEO, Dress for Success has grown from two staff and 400 clients a year to a team of six staff, 70 volunteers, and more than 900 women being empowered to reach employment and financial independence annually.
Our technology helps thousands of employers across Australia and New Zealand make the most of their people, and their people to make the most of their day. Being a part of Empower Hour 2023 and raising funds for Dress for Success, reinforces our culture of giving, growing and really knowing people. Together, with Dress For Success, we continue to support and help overcome the barrier of unemployment and supporting women’s journey to financial independence for herself and her family.

This includes everything from the way we Kinect (one online – all online,) having different groups across the business host Funatican events, right through to non-gendered bathrooms, breastfeeding and prayer spaces. We know that inclusion promotes belonging which results in diversity and the benefits to our people, business and shareholders makes embracing equity non-negotiable. “
