  • Where do I manage my HRIS integration settings?

    Head to Integration under the Settings section in the left menu. From there, you can configure or refresh your HR system connection.

  • Who can see my activities?

    Only you, your manager, and any admins with the right permissions can view or manage your assigned activities.

  • Who can access Insights?

    Typically, admins or managers with the right permissions. Check your Access & Permissions and Team Members settings under Team Management to grant or restrict access

  • Is it possible to share the risk matrix with external auditors?

    Yes. Use the Export Report feature to generate a PDF or spreadsheet summary. You can also give read-only access to certain stakeholders if your Permissions settings allow it.

  • Are risk statuses (Intrinsic, Mitigated, Accepted) mandatory?

    These are defaults aligned with ISO guidelines.

  • Can I downgrade or cancel my plan anytime?

    Subject to fair use rules, you can typically adjust your subscription at any point. However, if your organisation has more than 5 users, you won’t be eligible to downgrade to the Free plan.

  • Is there a way to filter notifications only for my activities vs. those from other teams?

    By default, you see items assigned to you or that you’re subscribed to.

  • Can I import users from our HR system directly?

    Yes, using Sync HR. The system automatically updates user data and roles, saving manual entry time.

  • Is there a limit to how many users I can add?

    Core, and Premium plans support unlimited users

  • Is there a charge for administrator users?

    There is no cost nor a limit on the number of administrator user accounts under your plan.
