Let’s start with explaining your role at Kinatico!

As the Chief Revenue Officer, I focus on the future growth of the business and keeping the customer at the centre of everything we do.

Tell us about life before Kinatico, what led you here?

I was working for a software company abroad and after returning to Australia in seeing what was happening with Kinatico (formerly CV Check) I was enthused to be part of the transformation ahead, not just for the company, but also for the marketplace.

How has the experience of building the Kinatico Sales and Marketing team been?

We are still in a transformation of change, however, the team are moving forward at a good rate and seeing early success. The focus on the customer is key and that behaviour within the team is shining through.

What career advice would you give to your younger self?

Don’t get caught looking at the scoreboard, understand the lead indicators and drivers of it.

What sets your role at Kinatico apart from other organisations?

We are a market leading solution that not only is at the forefront of its field but also creates significant simplicity for the user.

How does the Kinatico company purpose resonate with you personally? (Purpose: Powering insights for better, safer workplace)

It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of an environment where we are helping people, families, and companies to have safer places to work.

In a demanding senior role, how do you ensure you are okay/achieve a work-life balance and set an example of this for your team?

Balance is key and can be challenging at times. However, one’s health and family need to be a priority. Invest in yourself daily.
