CEO Michael Ivanchenko has announced the official ASX listed name change of CVCheck to Kinatico. The change of name is a better reflection of our company’s diverse product offering and brings together a suite of RegTech solutions under a new company name.
The CVCheck background screening services solution will continue to operate with its existing name, as a product of the Kinatico Ltd company.
Kinatico Ltd will operate under a new stock code of ASX:KYP – changing from the former name and code of CVCheck ASX: CV1.

The Company’s ABN will remain unchanged as 25 111 728 842 and its ACN will also remain unchanged as 111 728 842. Automic Pty Ltd will continue to provide share registry services for the Company.
