CVCheck announces company name change to Kinatico to reflect expanded product offering

CEO Michael Ivanchenko has announced the official ASX listed name change of CVCheck to Kinatico. The change of name is a better reflection of our company's diverse product offering and brings together a suite of RegTech solutions under a new company name.

The CVCheck background screening services solution will continue to operate with its existing name, as a product of the Kinatico Ltd company.

Kinatico Ltd will operate under a new stock code of ASX:KYP - changing from the former name and code of CVCheck ASX: CV1.

The suite of solutions and RegTech innovations under the Kinatico brand are the core drivers of a world where data is trusted, and organisations are freed to focus on opportunities. Fast becoming known as a leading provider of ‘Know Your People’ (or KYP) solutions, our services encompass pre-employment screening, verification services and workforce compliance management – both domestically and internationally.
