Kinatico Compliance Launch Competition

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

Kinatico Limited (ABN 96 112 275 523) of 999 Hay Street, Perth, WA 6000 (“Kinatico”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over
  • Must be an active Kinatico CVCheck organisation
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Kinatico and its related entities are ineligible
  • Each entrant may submit only one entry

3. Competition Period

Opens: 9am AEST, 26 January 2026
Closes: 5pm AEST, 11 February 2026

Entries received outside this period will be invalid.

4. How to Enter

To enter, entrants must:

  • Create a Kinatico Compliance account at kinatico.com and choose a plan, including the Free Starter Plan, using their existing Kinatico CVCheck email address
  • Complete the online entry form here
  • Respond to the question “What are your biggest compliance challenges?”
  • The entry must be the entrant’s original work

5. Judging – Game of Skill

  • This is a game of skill, not chance
  • Entries will be judged by representatives of Kinatico based on creativity, relevance, and insight into genuine compliance challenges
  • The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into

6. Prizes

Grand Prize (1): MacBook Air (13-inch, M3 chip) approximate retail value AUD $1,899

Runner-up Prize (1): Apple Watch Series 10 (GPS, 42mm) approximate retail value AUD $649

Total prize pool: AUD $2,548

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
  • If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value

7. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified by email to their registered Kinatico Compliance account email address by 17th February 2026
  • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize
  • Winners’ names will be published on kinatico.com on 27 February 2026

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next best entry as determined by the judges.

8. Prize Delivery

  • Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian address within 30 days of winner confirmation
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery beyond its reasonable control

9. Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Kinatico’s Privacy Policy
  • By entering, entrants consent to Kinatico using their entry content and name for promotional purposes
  • Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time

10. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this competition or any prize
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties, lost or misdirected entries, or entries not received due to technical issues

11. General

  • Entries must comply with these terms and conditions
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants’ eligibility
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these terms, are incomplete, illegible, or deemed inappropriate
  • Entrants indemnify the Promoter against any claims arising from their entry
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia
