How this works
Kinatico uses an automated agent to conduct reference conversations by voice or text, and a secure Australian speech to text service to convert spoken responses into a written record.
Where your information goes
All voice processing takes place within Australia. Audio is not saved at any point, it is converted to text in real time and then discarded, it is never written to disk or stored in any database.
What is kept
Only the resulting text is retained. No audio, and no sensitive details beyond what is needed to run the service, such as file size and reference IDs, are logged.
Who can access it
Only the specific reference you have been asked to provide can be accessed by our systems, and only by the people involved in that request.
Limits in place
To protect against misuse, recordings are capped in length and file size, and only genuine audio input is accepted.
More broadly
Kinatico builds its verification tools with data sovereignty as a starting requirement. This means we choose services and infrastructure that keep Australian data in Australia, rather than relying on tools that might send it offshore by default.
